Here at Thingamasoaps, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products, but we understand that sometimes, unexpected issues happen. However, because our soaps are personal and hygienic items, we do not accept returns or exchanges

Refunds for Damaged Items

We only offer refunds if your item arrives damaged or defective. To request a refund:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at thingamasoaps@gmail.com.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage or defect.

  3. Once we review and approve your claim, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are not available for reasons such as change of mind, scent preference, or accidental ordering.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your package is lost or stolen after the delivery carrier confirms it has been delivered, we cannot issue a refund.
